Grassroots drifting after dark

The underground zine for people who live sideways.

Nite Shift Magazine tracks the crews, builds, and late-night stories powering the grassroots drifting scene. Analog photos, raw interviews, and a little tire smoke.

Built by drifters for drifters.

Nite Shift Magazine is an independent print project shedding light on the overlooked drivers who keep grassroots drifting alive. We cover pop-up lots, mountain passes, backyard builds, and the culture that keeps headlights pointed sideways long after the crowds go home.

Issue 001 drops later this year. We're compiling features from crews across North America, plus a few international guests.

Inside issue 001

Night Shift Stories

Long-form features on drivers chasing midnight tandems. Think underground meetups, parking garage takeovers, and the playlists that keep the caravan rolling.

Trackside Tech

DIY aero, backyard fab, and budget suspension setups that actually work. We break down builds with the people who wrench on them.

Analog Gallery

Film and digital sets that celebrate neon reflections, tire smoke, and the motion blur of a perfect flick. No staged studio shots—just real nights out.

Why we print

We live for tangible keepsakes. Each issue is risograph printed on heavyweight stock with high-contrast inks that glow under the shop lights. Small batch runs mean every copy feels special.

Follow along as we build the first release, document the crews, and launch the midnight screenings and pop-up gallery events that will come with it.
